Board of Trustees Scholarship – Supported by the Scott A. and Elizabeth V. Christensen Foundation (Cosmetology)

The San Diego Community College District Board of Trustees Scholarship, supported by the Scott A. and Elizabeth V. Christensen Charitable Foundation, provides funding for students in career-technical education programs. This scholarship supports students who have vocational and workforce goals and who can benefit from support that will enable them to pursue job opportunities in the San Diego region.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Must be attending San Diego City College College in Fall Semester 2025, and Spring Semester 2026.
• Students must be enrolled in at least 9 units for Fall and Spring Semesters
• Maintain a GPA of at least 2.5.
• Minimum of 9 units must be successfully completed the preceding Fall Semester.

The scholarship will be applied to tuition and fees, split equally between semesters. Any remaining funds will be disbursed to the recipient during the 4th week of the semester.
This scholarship is for the 25-26 school year.

_If there is no funding or there are no qualified applicants that reflect this format the scholarship will not be awarded for that year.
