Friends of Downtown Academic Scholarship

Friends of Downtown (FOD) is a registered 501©3 non-profit organization made up of individuals who work and/or live in the downtown community. FOD has awarded nearly $600,000 in scholarships to students of San Diego City College since 2000, and is the largest contributor of single scholarships to SDCC each year.

Requirements:

  • Registered for 9 or more units @City College in Fall 2022
  • Must be available for an interview date October 28th or November 4th
  • Must have 9 or more units completed @City College
    *Must have 3.0 GPA or higher
