Richard & Eloise Johnston Health Services

This scholarship was established by San Diego Community College District to honor Dick Johnston, former President of the SDCCD Board of Trustees to assist students who have been accepted into a health-related program.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have the following career goals: Healthcare sector, Nursing, Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician, Practicing medicine (doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant)
Must have a 2.5 (C+) GPA
Must be enrolled at least part time at City College
Must demonstrate financial need
Must major in one of the following areas: Healthcare sector or Nursing
